The train line Geneva-Zurich-Munich, highway A1, as well as the international airport Zurich and the local airport St.Gallen-Altenrhein make St.Gallen easily accessible for all means of transport.
Intercity trains from/to Zurich/Bern/Basel are available every 30min (51min. train ride from Zurich Airport); Eurocity trains every 2 hours from/to Munich/Germany (3,5 hours), and connections serving Stuttgart-St.Gallen every 2 hours (3 hours).
